Please use this template when requesting client set‑up on the ATO portal and in APS.
Before submitting your request, ensure the following have been completed:
- The client has an active engagement code and Swift client code.
- All Proof of Identity (POI) checks have been completed and successfully passed.

The client has nominated Deloitte (using the specified TAN) as their registered agent via ATO Online Services.
