What if I can't locate my temporary password for Fathom MFA?

If you can't locate the temporary password sent by MFA@deloitte.com.au when inviting you to enrol in Multi-Factor Authentication, you should go to the single sign-on URL, https://app.fathomhq.com/sso/deloitte and click on the 'Forgot Password' link. A password reset email will be sent to you.

After resetting your password you will need to close out of your browser and then open a new browser session to complete the MFA enrolment.

Note: A password reset can only be performed once in a 24 hour period.
