Dext - How to transfer an existing account to Deloitte

To transfer an existing Dext account to Deloitte, the subscriber simply logs into their Dext account and completes the following steps:

1. Click on 'Account Settings' (top right) and select 'Account Details' tab
2. Click on 'Grant Access' button, which will allow you to invite Deloitte to the account
3. Please add advisorysupport@deloitteprivate.com.au to the invite, which will be actioned on receipt
4. When completed, the existing Dext account will be added to the Deloitte Practice subscription
5. You will be billed monthly in advance for your subscription

Note: All transactional history will be retained, your login credentials and user access will be unchanged and if required, your Dext account will be transferred back to you on request.
