Change payment details via the Connect Platform

Update your payment method and payment details via the Connect platform

Log on to the Connect Platform at and select Manage billing.


The billed entity or entities will display. Select VIEW next to your billed entity name.

The Subscriptions page will display. Select the Payment tab to display the current 'Payment details'.

In the 'Payment details' section, select EDIT DETAILS.

Enter your new payment details and select SUBMIT.  Note you can select to enter either Credit Card or Direct Debit details.
