If you have forgotten the password you use to log in, you can reset it at any time from the platform:
- Select Forgot password.
- Enter your email address and select Request reset link.
- You will receive an email. Open it and select Reset your password.
- You will now be taken to the platform. Enter and confirm your new password and select Reset password.
- Log in with your email address and new password.
Tip: Remember that you will need a minimum of 7 characters, including a mix of lowercase and uppercase letters.
Need a password reset email?
If you have not received a password reset email, check that you have provided the correct email address. If you have, please check all of your email folders, including spam filters.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact our support team.
Updating your password
Once you have successfully logged in to your account, you can update your password at any time.
Go to your account profile in the top right hand corner of the screen, and select View profile.
Select Settings and you will be prompted to enter your current password. Next, enter and confirm your new password and select Update settings.
