Activating your account

To be able to access your Deloitte Private Connect account, you will receive an email asking you to activate your account.

To get started:

  1. Check your inbox for your activation email.
  2. Select Activate your account.
  3. Create your password and select Continue.
  4. Log in with your email address and password.

You will then have access to the platform.

Tip: You have 72 hours to complete your account activation before the activation link expires. Should you attempt to activate after this time, a new activation email will need to be requested.

Need to request a new activation email?

You can request a new activation email by submitting a request:

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Enter the subject as Request new activation email.
  3. Enter a description.
  4. Select Submit a request.

Tip: Ensure that the email address you provide is the same one used to provide your activation email.
