Introducing a new online payment experience

Q:    Why is Deloitte Private introducing a new online payment experience?

A:     We are giving you a more convenient way to pay your invoices with us. You can now pay your invoices online via credit/ debit card or bank debit and earn Qantas Business Rewards points*.

Q:     What does this change mean for me and what are the benefits?

A:     New payment options and payment experience - There will be more payment options to pay for your Deloitte Private services, including credit/ debit card or bank debit.

A:     Get rewarded with Qantas points* - In addition to the new payment options you now have the added benefits of earning Qantas points from Qantas Business Rewards.  You can earn 1 Qantas point for every $1 spent with Deloitte Private if you pay by the due date on your invoice.

A:    Easy to use Payment Portal - Paying your invoices online is easy: from your e-mail invoice to the self–service Payment Portal, the new payment process is quick and intuitive.  Paying your invoices can be done anywhere and is ‘mobile friendly’.

Q:      Which payment options will be available?

A:      The new Payment Portal will accept credit/ debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Amex) and bank debit payments.

Q:      What surcharge is applied for credit card payments?

A:      The following surcharge rates apply for online payments paid by credit card:

Mastercard         0.74%

Visa Card             0.96%

Amex Card:         2.145%

Q:      Can I continue to pay my invoices by EFT and cheque?

A:      Yes, you can continue to pay by EFT and cheque.

Please note: If you are a Qantas Business Rewards member you will continue to earn points via EFT and cheque payment methods. However as we look to move all payment methods to online in the near future, we encourage you switch to online payments as soon as possible.

Q:      What happens if I have a question relating to my invoice amount?

A:      Please reach out to your Deloitte Private Engagement Manager to resolve your query.

 

Pay online and get rewarded with Qantas points

Q:        How do I sign up for Qantas Business Rewards (QBR)?

A:      Simply join Qantas Business Rewards via the free sign up link in the e-mail from us and notify your Deloitte Private Engagement Manager of the ABN that you have registered with QBR so you can start earning points*.

Q:        Are there costs associated with signing up for the Qantas Business Rewards?

A:      No. Sign up is free. Qantas’ usual joining fee of $89.50* has been waived for Deloitte Private clients.

*Important information: Qantas Points are offered under Deloitte Private's engagement terms and conditions and may not be available to certain audit clients under the rules and regulations of public accounting.

+ Deloitte Private Eligibility Criteria. To be eligible for Qantas Points in relation to services provided by Deloitte Private you must meet certain criteria. For more information please check the website.

 

What Deloitte Private services are eligible for Qantas points?

A:      All Deloitte Private Services are eligible for Qantas points.As per the Deloitte Private Independence criteria certain audit clients may not be eligible for Qantas points*

Q:        Will my data still be secure in the new Payment Portal?

A:      Yes, your financial data is not being stored, it is a single capture at the time of payment.
